Product Description

Our drying stations were using sun drying but were covered to avoid in contact with insects. Most of our drying stations were located in remote islands with less population and near very near from the beach to have a pollution-free air.

We only dry fish from fresh fishermens catch to attain highest product quality. Our products passes thru a strigent inspection, classification, processing, storage and handling.

Currently we are upgrading our facility as we are applying for HCCP certification and HALAL/EU certification afterwards.

We want to serve every client to the best we can and in compliance with international standard.
